AGI id searching:
- AGI id: The identification number for the particular gene that is given by the Arabidopsis Genome Initiative (AGI).
Enter a valid AGI identification code in the text box. The AGI codes have the structrure:
At + chromosome number + g + location id. Example: At2g04030
Tip: If you want to search for all the genes that are located in chromosome 1, you can enter something like: At1*

- Enter a common gene name in the text box.
To improve your results, use wildcards such as *.
Example: cab* will retrieve cab1, cab2 and cab3.
If you want to look for more than one gene at the same time, do it with a blank space between them.
Example: len1 cab* will retrieve len1, cab1, cab2 and cab3.

- Enter keywords in the text box to identify the proteins that could match them in the protein description field.
Think in the queries as keywords not as sentences.
Again, you can use wildcards to improve your results.
